Peace and quiet is assured, external visitation is forbidden after sunset.
There are various species of animals that come to the ranch.
During the day there are all kinds of birds, squirrels, monkeys, lizards etc...
At night there are otters, urchins and many others. The night birds like the "Urutau" and olws peep.
   

The buildings are in front of the sea. On the first one there is the kicthen and the restaurant, in front of it there are three kiosks, where the bar is. The other building is the dormitory. There double rooms and two single. Two living-rooms and two bath rooms.
